Beltscales | Belt Weighers | Belt Feeder Scales
Beltscales and belt feeder scales to be mounted into belt conveyors – for accurate conveying rate measurement. Available in an approved version too. From the smallest rates (e.g. tee, tobacco) through to maximal throughput in open mines as well as in port loading, and unloading plants – an EmWeA beltscale will solve the problem in the long term. Our beltscales are specially designed for the use in harsh industrial environments.
An EmWeA optical beltscale is usually mounted into an existing belt conveyor or another suitable conveying system (vibratory conveyor, trough chain conveyor, …) Optical beltscales continuously measure the momentary volume throughput (e.g. in m³/h) as well as the totalized bulk volume (m³).
Solids Flow Detectors | Solids Flow Meters
Solids flow detectors detect if bulk material is flowing in a pipe or not. A solids flow meter measures the bulk flow rate in the pipe. EmWeA flow detectors and flow meters are using the last microwave technologies to insure the best accuracy – independent of the process, or product variations.

Continuous Level Indicator
The C-Level continuous level indicator is ideally suited for inventory monitoring, and process control during the load-out or filling of bins and vessels containing bulk solids or liquids. Because its unique precision strain gauge sensors are press-fit into the vessel’s support structure, the system can operate without concern for failure or maintenance issues caused by the monitored material or process environment.
Tilt Switches | Tilt Sensors | Ramsey PROLINE
Tilt switches (tilt sensors) are being hanged free, and make a signal if deflected from perpendicular line by bulk material. Therefore it will be easy to monitor high piles, transfer points, filling levels, etc. Our mercury-free tilt switches (tilt sensors) are using advanced technology inside the tilt probe to replicate the same performance found in traditional mercurybased tilt switches. A combination of opto-electronics, and solid state circuitry inside the probe prevents jitter, and provides stability not found in the typical non-mercury options.
Tramp metal can contaminate food or other products, or may stop your operation, and the damage it causes can be expensive. For this reason, metal detectors are considered essential.
Certified Test Pieces
for Metal Detectors and X-ray Detectors
Test pieces (test sticks, test cards, etc.) are used as checking aids for metal detectors, and X-ray detectors within the context of quality assurance. There is a certified sample made of metal, glass, ceramic, zirconia, plastic, or rubber inside the test piece. When checking a metal detector or an X-ray detector the test piece has to be transported through the detector. By doing this, it is easy to check if this certain detector finds that sample without fail. With certificate of conformity.
Static Weighing Scales
Static weighing scales are used to weigh goods at rest. Examples are crane scales, platform scales, palett scales, weigh bunkers, or weighbridges.
