A belt scale from EmWeA is usually built into an existing conveyor belt. Belt scales continuously and very precisely record the current conveying capacity (e.g. in t/h or kg/h). The amount of material accumulated is summed up in the belt scale counters.
A weighfeeder is a belt weigher that also controls the belt speed or the material feed in order to achieve a specified conveying capacity or load. Each EmWeA belt scale can also be supplied as a weighfeeder.

The IDEA-LB belt scale was specially developed for companies where economy and easy installation are important. It provides basic weighing and totalizing functions. The IDEA-LB belt scale is robustly constructed and, due to its modular design, extremely easy to install.

Belt Scale Series 1030 | Accuracy: ±1 %
The 1030 series belt scale is our affordable, custom-designed belt weigher for in-house weighing. This belt scale is robust and completely wear-free.
This inexpensive belt scale is also characterized by guaranteed accuracy and a long service life in industrial use. The belt scale 1030 is available as a complete, ready-to-use and ready-to-connect system including speed measurement and control unit.
Belt Scale Series 1020 | Accuracy: ±0.5 %
Our 1020 series belt scale is the industry standard for durable and highly accurate belt scales. This belt scale impresses with its particularly robust construction, which is individually adapted to the conveyor, as well as with the particularly high level of accuracy. From the smallest conveying capacities such as with tobacco or tea to use in power plants and in mining with throughput rates of over 50000 t/h – this belt weigher will not disappoint you even after many years.
The intentional avoidance of wearing or moving parts on the belt scale, such as ball bearings, enables this belt scale to be used even under the most difficult conditions. Disturbing belt forces don’t stand a chance with this belt scale thanks to its special tension linkage of the load cells.
Belt Scale Series 1014 | Accuracy: ±0.125 %
The belt scale series 1014 has been designed for the highest demands. A hanging weighbridge without moving parts features this belt scale. The belt scale series 1014 impresses with an excellent accuracy of ±0.125 per cent as well as its long-time use without any malfunction.

Speed sensor WI520
The WI520 speed sensor is a digital rotary encoder with a hollow shaft for direct mounting on a stub shaft of the tail pulley or other non-driven belt pulley.
This speed sensor is particularly reliable and is not affected by belt slippage or dirt.
Speed sensor ZA-11
Our ZA-11 speed sensor is a lower belt measuring wheel for easy mounting on the conveyor.
