This means you always know the current content, prevent overfilling or running empty and can reorder in good time if necessary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:20px;\">We offer the following model of continuous level measurement:<\/p>\n<div class=\"productdetail begin bordernone\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-92\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.emwea.de\/img\/fuellstandsmessung-c-level-sensor-20240625.jpg?resize=200%2C177&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Level measurement C-Level\" width=\"200\" height=\"177\"><\/p>\n<h3>Level measurement C-Level retrofittable | from 2&nbsp;% accuracy<\/h3>\n<p>The continuous level measurement C-Level is ideal for inventory monitoring and process control when unloading or filling silos or containers with bulk goods or liquids.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the accurate sensors, which are press-fitted into the supporting structure of the container, the system operates without any failure or maintenance problems that could arise due to the material being monitored or the process environment. This specific design also largely compensates for any temperature changes that often affect accuracy when using other types of sensors.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the non-contact measuring method, its corrosion resistance, its averaging of bulk cones, its insensitivity to dust and a measuring error of only approx. 2&nbsp;% depending on the application, the continuous level measurement C-Level system is a real alternative to conventional level measurement.<\/p>\n<div class=\"productnavi\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emwea.de\/doc\/EmWeA-Continuous-Level-Indicator-C-Level-EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Data sheet (PDF)<\/a><a class=\"anfrage\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emwea.de\/produkte\/fuellstandsmessung\/anfrage-fuellstandsmessung\">Quotation<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"tablepress-10-name\" class=\"tablepress-table-name tablepress-table-name-id-10\"><h3>Measuring Principle<\/h3><\/h2>\n\n<table id=\"tablepress-10\" class=\"tablepress tablepress-id-10\" aria-labelledby=\"tablepress-10-name\">\n<tbody>\n<tr class=\"row-1\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\"><p>Filling any vessel or bin supported by metal members causes the supports to deform due to the addition of material weight. Although this deformation is so slight that it cannot be seen, it can be accurately measured by the sensor. When installed, this stainless steel sensor actually becomes part of the support structure. Its unique shape and its kind of installation cancel most of the effects caused by temperature changes. Once the sensor is electrically excited, a change in the strain of a support member will result in a proportional change to the output signal of the sensor. The sensor has been successfully applied to I-beam, angle, pipe and skirted silo supports in a vast number of installations.
