Pendulum switches | Tilt switches<\/h3>\n

Pendulum switches (tilt switches) are freely suspended and emit a signal when they are deflected from the vertical by contact with bulk material. This enables the monitoring of pouring cones, transfer points, fill levels, etc. <\/p>\n

All tilt switches are available mercury-free. The mercury-free tilt sensors use the most advanced technology to achieve the same performance as conventional mercury switches. Mercury switches are no longer allowed to be used in the European Union. <\/p>\n

Tilt switches with contact output can be used independently or in combination with a control unit. They only detect the vertical or tilted position. <\/p>\n

Electronic inclination sensors must be operated in combination with a control unit. They also monitor faults, cable breaks and short circuits. <\/p>\n

System description<\/h3>\n

The precision-manufactured pendulum switches (tilt switches) offer 20\u00b0 or 35\u00b0 scanning over the entire 360\u00b0 range. Two basic models and a wide range of options are available for different applications. <\/p>\n

The signal processing of our pendulum switches (tilt switches) is fully encapsulated. The necessary components for suspension are included. The control units in the wall-mounted housing are equipped with LED indicator lights to the usual standard: green for “normal” and red for “alarm”. A control unit for mounting rail installation is also available. <\/p>\n
