Belt scales and weigh feeders
A belt scale from EmWeA is normally installed in an existing conveyor belt. Belt scales continuously and very accurately record the current conveying capacity (e.g. in t/h or kg/h). The accumulated material quantity is totalized in the counters of the belt scale.
A weighfeeder is a belt weigher that also controls the belt speed or material feed in order to achieve a specified conveying capacity or load. Every EmWeA belt weigher can also be supplied as a weigh feeder.

Process Belt Scale IDEA Series | Accuracy: ±1 % and ±0.5 %
Thanks to its modular design, the belt scale is particularly easy to install in most belt conveyors and also simplifies the stocking of spare parts. The belt scale is available in a standard version made of stainless steel and aluminum as well as in a stainless steel version.
The enhanced weighing modules guarantee high accuracy and a long service life – even in harsh environments. For the first time, we can now also offer you an HQ version of the IDEA weighing modules with 0.5% accuracy.
Belt Scale Series 1030 | Accuracy: ±1 %
The belt scale series 1030 is an inexpensive, custom-made belt scale for in-house weight recording. This belt scale is robust and completely wear-free.
This affordable belt scale is also characterized by guaranteed accuracy and a long service life in industrial use. The 1030 belt scale is available as a complete, ready-to-use and ready-to-connect system including speed measurement and control unit.
Belt scale series 1014 | Accuracy: ±0.125 %
The belt scale series 1014 was developed to meet the highest demands. This belt scale is characterized by a suspended weighing platform without moving parts. The belt scale series 1014 impresses with an excellent accuracy of ±0.25 % (two-idler belt scale) or even ±0.125 % (four-idler belt scale) as well as many years of trouble-free operation.
The deliberate omission of wearing or moving parts on the belt scale, such as ball bearings, allows the belt scale to be used even under the most difficult conditions. Disturbing belt forces have no chance with this belt scale thanks to the special tension linkage of the load cells.
Speed sensors

Speed sensor 60-12
The speed sensor 60-12 is a digital encoder with threaded pin and flexible torque support. It is suitable for direct mounting on a shaft end of the reverse pulley or on another non-driven belt pulley.
This speed sensor is particularly reliable and is not affected by belt slippage or dirt.
ZA-20 speed sensor
Our ZA-20 speed sensor is an under-belt measuring wheel for easy installation on the conveyor. The high-quality bearings and special running surface guarantee a particularly long service life.
