Pull rope switch | pull rope emergency stop switch
Pull-rope switches (pull-rope emergency stop switches) are connected to a pull rope that runs along the accessible sides of the conveyor. A person can switch off the conveyor in the event of danger by briefly and forcefully pulling (tearing) on the pull rope. The ripcord switch engages in the triggered position and must be manually unlocked again when the hazardous situation is over.

Belt misalignment switch | Belt misalignment switch
Belt misalignment switches monitor whether the belt is running in the middle. Two switches are required to monitor both sides of the belt.

Limit switches (position switches) give a signal when a moving part reaches a certain position.

Belt damage detectors
Belt damage detectors give a signal if the conveyor belt is damaged. One belt damage detector is mounted on each side of the conveyor, with their ropes crossing underneath the belt. If the belt is damaged, at least one rope will trigger the switch.
NSR66-BD3 series strip break detectors
Robust belt damage detector in powder-coated die-cast aluminum housing. Two switching points, IP 67, -45 °C … +80 °C. Optionally with PROFIBUS® safety interface. Ideally suited as a replacement for the former Thermo Ramsey DB-100 series of strip-crack detectors.
